We aim to source our authentic Manuka honey from here in Australia. However, depending on seasonal impacts on production, we may use quality checked, authentic Manuka honey from New Zealand. All Manuka honey, sourced from either Australia or New Zealand, is stringently tested by an independent laboratory for authenticity and to measure the activity levels in the honey.
